Tin Snap is free to use, with no subscription or in-app purchases. Registration requires only a valid email address. You must be at least 13 years old to create an account.

By posting on Tin Snap, you agree not to publish content that:

- is hateful, discriminatory, or glorifies violence;
- is sexually explicit or involves minors;
- deliberately infringes on the rights of others (harassment, impersonation);
- constitutes spam or disinformation.

Tin Snap reserves the right to remove any content that violates these rules and to suspend offending accounts without notice.

You retain full ownership of the screenshots you publish. By uploading them, you grant Tin Snap a limited, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to display them on the platform (web and mobile app).

Tin Snap does not sell your content and does not use it for advertising purposes.

Screenshots published on Tin Snap depict worlds owned by their respective publishers. Tin Snap operates under fair use principles applicable to creative content and is not affiliated with any referenced publisher.

Game metadata (titles, covers, dates) is provided by the IGDB API, a trademark of Twitch Interactive, Inc.

Tin Snap is provided "as is". We do our best to keep the service available at all times, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. Outages may occur for maintenance or reasons beyond our control.

Tin Snap shall not be held liable for data loss or service interruptions.

You may delete your account at any time from your settings. This permanently deletes all your data instantly. This action is irreversible.

These terms may be updated. In the event of a material change, users will be notified. Continued use of the service after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
